Parking

Tenants who wich to use the car parking area need to send an e-mail to us at NCL@nivika.se  with your name, phone number, room number and license plate. Nivika staff will prepare an individual parking permit for you and put it in your mailbox when it is ready. Place the parking permit inside the front window off your car.

Our parking areas are free of charge only for tenants with parking permits. If you park your car and you do not have a parking permit you can get a parking fine. We cannot refund or cancel parking fines since we hire a company to deal with all parking matter.

In case you lose the parking permit, a new one cost 500 SEK 

The parking permit must be returned when you move out from the accommodation.

Only park your car in the designated parking spaces in the accommodation area marked with P.
