INVESTING IN NIVIKA

Nivika is a property company in Småland with the aim of owning, managing and developing properties in the long term and thereby creating profitable and sustainable value growth. The operations are conducted in Jönköping, Värnamo, Växjö and the West Coast, areas with good growth opportunities and stable rental markets.

The diversified property portfolio amounts to approximately SEK 12,7 billion, with two-thirds of the rental value being commercial properties and one-third residential. The commercial properties mainly consist of industrial, warehouse, office and community properties.
