Nivika's project activities, new construction on our building rights as well as development and refinement of existing properties are included. The goal of our project activities is to secure our expansion in the long term, increase returns and create value growth through reduced vacancies. At Nivika, we do not speculate in new construction, but construction always starts only when a lease agreement is signed or when there is a clear demand for housing.

On the property Porfyren 4, we have constructed a new facility for the company Rudhäll Industri AB, part of the BUFAB Group. Rudhäll Industri AB provides components as well as service and logistics solutions for the manufacturing industry. The facility comprises 2,500 m² of floor space and was ready for occupancy in August 2025.

Office Building at Bredasten, Värnamo We have constructed an office building with prime visibility along the E4 motorway at Bredasten in Värnamo. The premises include Nivika’s headquarters occupying two floors, while the remaining floors are designated for external leasing.
