Nivika carries out complementary acquisitions in Jönköping and Halmstad

Nivika Fastigheter AB (publ) (“Nivika”) has, through three separate transactions, acquired the properties Flahult 21:15 and 21:35 in Jönköping, as well as Filaren 23 and 24 in Halmstad. The properties comprise a total leasable area of approximately 7,500 square metres and generate annual rental income of SEK 5.6 million. The total agreed property value amounts to SEK 66 million. The properties are fully let and consist of warehouse and light industrial assets.

The lease agreements pertain to previously vacant warehouse and business premises in existing properties in Värnamo, strengthening both the occupancy rate and the property's recurring cash flow.
