Nivika Garden is safe housing intended for people where at least one person in the household has turned 65. An assisted living facility can be described as an intermediate form of accommodation for people who are too healthy and energetic to live in a nursing home, but who still seek increased security through greater community and social togetherness. The apartments in our sheltered housing are rental properties.
Security accommodation in Jönköping
At Hisingstorp in Jönköping, we are now building 82 rental apartments. The accommodation will be a so-called Security accommodation, which means that someone in the household must be 65 years of age or older to be eligible for accommodation in the property.

We aim to update our project pages regularly as the projects progress. Those who have registered interest in a property are, of course, given priority to select an apartment that suits them, for example through an online apartment selection tool or similar.
