The rent invoices are sent by email. Since they are sent automatically through our financial system, there is a risk that they may end up in your spam folder. You can also find your rent invoices on My Pages under the menu My Pages / Payments.
If you cannot find your rent invoice on My Pages or in your email by the 20th of the month, please feel free to contact us.
Lost apartment keys pose a security risk for everyone, including future tenants of your apartment. Therefore, as the property owner, we must always ensure that all keys are returned when a lease is terminated. If keys are missing, new lock cylinders must be installed. In such cases, the cost of replacing the lock cylinder and producing new keys will be charged to the tenant.
You must ALWAYS report a lost key.
