Change in the number of shares and votes in Nivika following redemption of shares

Pursuant to the resolution by the Extraordinary General Meeting of Nivika Fastigheter AB (publ) (”Nivika”) on June 26, 2026, the share capital was reduced by SEK 2,692,797 through the redemption of 5,385,594 series B shares which was held by Nivika. The share capital was simultaneously restored through a bonus issue of SEK 2,715,000.

The total number of votes in Nivika thereafter amounts to 286,485,800 and the total number of shares to 90,500,000, divided into 21,776,200 series A shares and 68,723,800 series B shares, of which Nivika at the time of this press release holds 13 018 treasury shares of series B.
