Available apartments in Sävsjö

Apartments are assigned based on the length of time an applicant has been on the waiting list.

Applicants must:

• Be of legal age (18 years or older).

• Have a verifiable income, supported by documentation.

The following may be considered as income:

• Employment income

• Income from self-employment

• Retirement pension

• Study grants from CSN

• Supplements or allowances

• Benefits

• Capital income

Residential references and credit checks are carried out for all applicants who are shortlisted. Residential references must be positive.

The credit check must not show any records of unpaid debts, defaults, or other financial delinquencies.

We recommend limits on the number of residents per apartment:

• 1 room and kitchen: maximum 2 people

• 2 rooms and kitchen: maximum 3 people

• 3 rooms and kitchen: maximum 5 people

• 4 rooms and kitchen: maximum 6 people

• 5 rooms and kitchen or larger: maximum 8 people

We aim to update our project pages regularly as the projects progress. Those who have registered interest in a property are, of course, given priority to select an apartment that suits them, for example through an online apartment selection tool or similar.

After that, you can submit your interest for available apartments under “SEARCH AVAILABLE”.
