Nivika acquires properties in Helsingborg and Borås
Nivika Fastigheter AB (publ) (“Nivika”) has, through separate transactions, acquired two commercial properties in Helsingborg and Borås at an agreed total property value of SEK 67 million.
The properties comprise a total lettable area of approximately 5,400 square metres and generate combined annual rental income of approximately SEK 4.6 million. The properties are fully let, with a weighted average unexpired lease term (WAULT) of 9.9 years.
– The acquisitions complement our existing portfolio and strengthen our presence in the western Sweden triangle. Both transactions were completed off-market, and the properties have a WAULT of almost 10 years, providing stable and long-term cash flows. We remain selective and continue to focus on transactions that make a positive contribution to Nivika’s income from property management, says Sverker Källgården, CEO of Nivika.
