Nivika acquires properties in Helsingborg and Borås

The properties comprise a total lettable area of approximately 5,400 square metres and generate combined annual rental income of approximately SEK 4.6 million. The properties are fully let, with a weighted average unexpired lease term (WAULT) of 9.9 years.

– The acquisitions complement our existing portfolio and strengthen our presence in the western Sweden triangle. Both transactions were completed off-market, and the properties have a WAULT of almost 10 years, providing stable and long-term cash flows.
