Nivika gives notice of early redemption of all outstanding 2024 bonds

Nivika Fastigheter AB (publ) (the “Company” or “Nivika”) today announces that the Company gives notice of early redemption of all outstanding senior unsecured green floating rate bonds, with ISIN SE0023261771 and maturing on 14 February 2028 (the “2024 Bonds”), in accordance with the terms and conditions of the bonds.
The 2024 Bonds will be redeemed on 23 November 2026 (the “Redemption Date”) at a price corresponding to 100.975 percent. of the nominal amount plus accrued and unpaid interest up to and including the Redemption Date (the “Redemption Amount”). The Redemption Amount will be paid on the Redemption Date to those registered with Euroclear Nordics AB as entitled to receive payment on the record date of 16 November 2026, in accordance with the terms and conditions of the bonds. All 2024 Bonds held by the Company will be cancelled in connection with the redemption.
The 2024 Bonds will be delisted from Nasdaq Stockholm’s sustainable bond list in connection with the redemption.
